That sucks... you are not cursed. Maybe try some different sleep habits like: a cooler room, ear plugs, changing what you sleep in (or naked), less alcohol in the evening, some satisfying sex before bed, not eating close to bedtime and avoiding screen time before bed. Just some thoughts...
I wake up at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 am. Just one waking-up experience would be heaven.
