Do you work out? What does your workout routine look like?

I do work out but nothing crazy. I usually will run in the morning this time of year because of the heat. I do a few miles maybe four times a week. I do like to go on walks whether it be by myself listening to music or with a friend and just talk.

Every so often, I will do some yoga. It is pretty basic stuff, but I enjoy it on occasion, it's cheap, and I don't have to leave the house or have good weather.

I do pilates and jogging.

I do a variety of things. I workout in a gym for strength training 3 to 4 times a week but also love to bike and run. I probably bike or run 5 times a week. I am not a fan of gyms but its a necessary evil.

been doing it for about two or three months... since I finally quit sports because it's too damned hot to do it outdoors...

Yes I try to go twice a week to the gym. Sometimes I'm switching it up with swimming or badminton.

Frodo, I usually go for a morning trail run which is wonderful. In the colder winter months I lap pool swim. Mostly cardio but I lift a few times a month.
