How often do you actually notice your heart beating inside your chest?

Whenever I'm poised on the edge a precipice about to do something insane... again. It's why I'm drawn to the edge over and over. It's sorta hard to give that up once you've experienced it.

It's not just your own heartbeat. Your mind accelerates and the world slows down. All your senses become more focused. The input is incredible. You see, hear, and feel everything. Your perception of time changes. And then it's over way too fast.

Only when my Sugar Levels drop..

I used to Face that issue majorly from 15-20yr including Low Blood sugar in medical Test.

But During COVID Infection I quit Sugar when I was Struggling for Life on my bed

I Only take sugar now occasionally and no longer face that issue, That too very less sugar

I have anxiety and random heart palpitations so often... its not normal to notice your heartbeat regularly without something happening
