I would not call it "trauma" or "healing"
but I guess it's pretty much the same, and yes... things have gotten much much better since I was a child, and a young teen
how do you "get out" of depression? therapy, and sometimes medicine... especially when you really don't have things "too bad" in your life but your brain still insists on feeling like a void but, I didn't have that either...
I guess introspection is also a form of therapy, that you can try and do yourself and in my case I did it for many many years, about a decade or so... and I think I really lucked out... I also think my brain just adjusted by itself as I was growing up
plus... some really good great people in my life who were there for me at key moments, that made a great difference in my life, because they were the ones to reach and check on me... when I would never ever reach or seek any help
Obviously, but most things people label as 'traumas' just show weakness. A person can overcome anything with a little inner strength.
Healing is a continuous journey rather than a destination It takes time, patience, and actively choosing not to repeat the same cycles
Yes by living in "now" what do i do next now.
Nope. I’m convinced I have PTSD from being forced to go to school
Fortunately I never suffered any.
