I forgot what my new medication is called because im not home right now. I've always felt just completely hopeless, and wrecked with anxiety, and just had almost no will to live. I was put on a new medication about a week ago. I woke up this morning, and everything seems so vibrant. I feel energetic, and strong like I did in my early 20s. I felt the urge to do yardwork. When I was almost done, I actually felt a little bummed out, because I was running out of things to do, so I went to my moms property and did more yardwork for her. I haven't felt like this in so long. I like it, but its kind of freaky

Certain "anti-depression" meds can do this. Many are typically "ramped up" in strength and/or dosage when the patient starts taking them to minimize these sudden effects. Ironic note- some anti-depression meds have a side-effect of causing depression. Yeah- weird.
Sounds like you'd been down and out for a long time and your medication was evening you out. Good for you. Depression and anxiety can do that to you. Keep at your talk therapy and medication. Often you won't need antidepressants after awhile. But antianxiety meds might have to be lifetime meds. Whatever works!
That's awesome!
