Do I really need antibiotics for this mild eye infection?

I asked Meta AI about my symptoms and I think it's right. Over a year ago I got a viral eye infection and that was way worse than what I'm experiencing. Not sure if I can toughen this out or to go find a doctor to prescribe me antibiotics.
