Why did I suddenly get an itchy, bumpy rash on my arms and torso?

Don’t say go to doctor as I don’t have health insurance and lost my job.
move been itchy on my arms, stomach and back, butt , with bumps. Why? I’ve been scrubbing in shower with a loofah all over these areas. Nothing else I’ve done.

Looks like some sort of contact dermatitis (skin allergy). Have you been out in the woods lately? Handling any chemicals? Time is the cure. Cortisone cream will help with the itching.

Those look like hives. If it is sudden, that is the most likely cause. That's caused by an allergic reaction to anything from food to meds.
