How can I cope with feeling worthless after trauma, rejection, and isolation?

I am 25 years old , living in a small village on Turkey and a university graduate. Despite studying so hard, I got a low score on the KPSS (Public Personnel Selection Examination). I come from a broken family, and my parents are completely indifferent to me. I have Type 1 diabetes. Even though I am attractive, because I live in a village, the men who express interest in me are either extremely ignorant or extremely arrogant, so I cannot find a decent partner. In the past, people—including my own family—constantly demeaned and bullied me because I was overweight. My mental health broke down, and I developed an alcohol addiction; I simply cannot forget the trauma and violence I experienced in the past. I participated in Erasmus and speak a foreign language. I am considering seeking asylum just to forget the suffering I’ve endured in this country.

I wish I had been raised like a princess, like other girls, and could have had a nice marriage and children. These people couldn't even fit me into this tiny house; they will probably throw me out on the street soon. I have no hope left at all.
