For me.. I have more than a mild fear of lizards! but not all of them, mostly small gecko lizards..🦎🫣

but it could have happened... when I was a very young kid, I didn't like dolls at all, nor mannequins

my very vivid imagination would make me see their eyes moving or convince me that they were about to move and it could give me anxiety, lol

but, it didn't develop into a full blown phobia

I have a fear of heights, but it’s not really irrational. It’s kind of an overdeveloped sense of self preservation. In most cases, if there is some kind of safety equipment or securement involved, i have no qualms. For example, i can look out the window of a plane in flight, or a very tall building and i don’t feel anything. However, leaning over the guardrail of an elevated balcony makes me a bit anxious. I once had a near panic attack when my girlfriend coaxed me to look over a cliff where there was no guardrail at all into the Grand Canyon. I had to belly down on the ground and inchworm over to the edge to do it. Couldn’t get within four feet of it while standing up.
I’m not exactly sure when or how this trait developed. As a child, i was an avid and adept climber. I was often high up in trees or on rooftops looking down.

What's wrong with Geekoes? They love it here , bcoz insects breed in the climate..

Irrational fears? Sharks maybe , Soi dogs

We had a giant Lizard Crocodile like come out after a storm it was long.. that I sht myself.

I am very afraid of getting lost. I go sailing on the open ocean. The boat I sail is extremely well equipped with navigational and communication aids, and I also have personal navigational and communication aids. It's a bit of overkill, but it's to mollify my fears as much as I can. I'm also well-versed in celestial navigation, and if every bit of electronic navigation and communication aid I have stops working for some weird reason, then I can rely on my celestial navigation skills and my sextant to find my way.

Similar to my friend @ez-bri-z_v2 I have to fight with some (milder) form of agoraphobia. I'm relatively new to it, it came as an aftereffect from a burnout ten+ years ago.
