Am I bloated? What is this? Help?

I'm an 18 year old male and woke up with a very full stomache, I stepped on the scale and it said I weighed 3 pounds more then usual. also the upper part of my stomache sticks out so now my whole stomache sticks out. Also I felt very full throughout the day and after a breakfest of just cereal I was not hungry at all untill dinner time around 7 o'clock.

Stop eating so late and then going to bed. It's killing your health.

It doesn't matter if you're not hungry. Get out there and be active and I guarantee you'll be hungry throughout the day.

It sounds to me like you're living a rather inactive lifestyle and your metabolism is screwed up.

Your body's weight is always fluctuating. You might weigh 155 one day, then wake up the next day and be 151, then go back up to like 157 or something a couple of days later. It's totally natural and just has to do with your diet and stress levels and all that.

Yes. You are dehydrated and your electrolytes are off balance, making the bloating. Drink water, eat some salty things, do some exercise & you will be fine.

What did you eat the day before? When was your last bowel movement? Try having tea!
