he does have a good point. overall it's fairly simple. reduce caloric intake (staying away from soda, fried food, sweets, and other calorie rich/high fat/carbs food (such as alfredo pasta) can do wonders, and exercise regularly (cardio (make sure to get some high intensity stuff in there) + weights if that's your thing).
It's not that hard if you can stick with it. He's right - nothing fancy, just some self-control & dedication.
Learn a little something called self control. If you do that you won't need to do anything fancy to lose weight. And without it, anything you do try, will fail.
I'm trying a new diet, and basically it's like the South beach Diet and Atkins. Just cut back on crabs, snack on carrots, or nuts instead. Cutting back on carbs really helps, or even just cutting out a lot of sugar. Sometimes on a bad day I slip up and eat bad stuff, but it's not the end of the world just keep trying.
It depends if the girl has thighs that are firm. If they are loose and jiggly looking, I'm sure lots would think that is unappealing.
I think you should def. cut down on your portions.
If you feel the need to eat more, instead of grabbing food, grab a glass of water (chew gum.)

No we don't find that attractive! You ned to have an exercise plan as well as limiting the sweets and fat intake. I recommend Weight Watchers, they have a reasonable gradual approach and you have a support group.
