What should I eat for Dinner tonight? They are really well known for their meat.

Beef Wellington 8/12oz $30/38: filet mignon smothered in duxelles sauce, wrapped in puff pastry, & baked. served with fresh asparagus

Hazelnut Crusted Pork Chops 14oz $21: crusted with hazelnuts, topped with BBQ butter. Served with mashed sweet potatoes & roasted vegetables

Tenderloin Trio 9oz $24: three crusted mini filets (1) Bleu cheese, (1) Horseradish, & (1) Blackened

Lamb Chops 14oz $29: a full rack of New Zealand chops smothered with caramelized onions, garlic aioli, & balsamic vinegar reduction
