Well if you lose 50 lbs, I am sure your boobs will get somewhat smaller. It depends on your body chemistry. Some people have big boobs when they are heavy and that is excess weight, while others have naturally big boobs that are always in proportion to their body. My friend is pretty thin but she has DDs so even if she loses weight, they won't get that small.
You can't lose 50 pounds in a month. Physically impossible. If you are lucky you may be able to lose ten by then.
Start doing cardio. Elliptical, running on the treadmill, Stairmaster, Bike, etc. You have to be sweating hard. Start at a slower speed and build up. You should do this for 45-60 minutes at least 4 times a week to see results. And you also need to do some weight work to tone your body.

you can lie on your back and spread your arm to make your body like "T". then, rise your arm with something in your hand for load. keep doing this everyday. you will find that your breast will be more beautiful and your boobs bigger.
Well technically if you burn fat at all, you lose it from all over. Exercising 'focussing' on areas, tones that area but does not burn fat specific to that area. So it's a no from me.
