How to look good for my party?

Hey so I hve acne on my face, chest, back. & I'm having my sweet 16 this saurday, & I need to tone my arm and legs alittle. any suggestions?

Unfortunately you can't do much in that little amount of time. I suggest you try acne treatments like proactiv. Make sure your face is clean and exfoliated but you don't want to do it too much. Vitamin A & E help with acne so I suggest a multivitamin with both or you can just get a supplement of them both. As for your arms and legs, cardio (running) as well as push ups will help a lot but you won't see much results by Saturday. I suggest you wear an outfit that fits you well and hides these areas.

Get one of these for your chest and back acne. I wouldn't use it on your face.

There's no way you're going to tone up your arms in just a week :(

But it's a good idea anyway. Ask for some exercise bands and workout 3X a week.

Use good exfoliate and wash your body at least twice a day. Sleeping on a fresh clean towel every night will also help get rid of the acne on your face. Not sure if it will fully take effect by Saturday but it's a start.
