So any better and fast way to lose weight ?
I would really appreciate it .
Have you tried weight lifting? That is probably the 2nd best thing to diet. And what diet did you try? Not everyone knows what foods are really proper for weight loss.
Here's my general advice that I tell people to lose weight and be healthy:
Dos
- Eat a lot of vegetables, more than any other food you eat.
- Eat eggs, fish, meat and protein rich foods. Get more protein.
- Eat healthy fats such as saturated and monounsaturated. Butter on vegetables, coconut oil for cooking, olive oil on salad. (YES SATURATED FAT IS NOT UNHEALTHY, RESEARCH IT)
- Eat frequently, 3-4 meals/day, with one snack in between them.
- Drink 6-8+ glasses of water a day
- Lift weights and build muscle (don't worry if your a girl, your estrogen stops you from getting huge muscles). Do some cardio, but not as much as lifting weights. Cardio is not as good as people say it is so don't think you need to do hours of cardio every day.
- Sleep properly.
- Take a multivitamin.
Donts
- Eat less, or no sugar. Don't eat candy, pops, juices, chocolate bars (except 70%+ cocoa), packaged snack foods, cereals, etc with added sugar.
- Don't eat any foods with "high fructose corn syrup" or any variation of those last 2 words.
- Don't eat foods with processed flours like "enriched wheat flour". Basically almost all packaged grain based foods like cookies, crackers, etc.
- Eat less starchy carbohydrates like breads, potatoes, french fries.
- Don't eat "low fat" labeled foods, they are higher in sugar, and sugar is what makes you fat. Eating fat does NOT make you fat. You need fat, your cells and brain is made up of lots of fat. Excess fat is what you don't want, and that comes most from sugar and to many calories.
- Don't eat vegetables oils such as canola oil, soybean oil, hydrogenated oils, margarine, shortening. They are NOT! healthy like the food companies want you to believe. They are high in omega 6, and low in omega 3. When you have a high 6/3 ratio, you get inflammation. Inflammation is a because of heart disease and others.

There is a simple rule to lsoe weigth..
You lose weighth when you EAT LESS THAN YOU BURN...and you GAIN weighth when you eat more than you burn...
Google BMR calculater..add what you normall do each day in activities...add it up...
lets say you're BMR is 1500...THIS is what your body uses up by itself just to survive..if you were to sleep in ebd 24/7 it would still burn 1500 calories...now you add lets say 30min cardio everyday...cleaning house,etc...so you end up burning 2000calories a day..you want to eat around 500-1000 calories LESS than what you burn..and that gives you a weighthloss of 1-2 pounds..if you can't eat less..then EXERCISE MORE..cardio is really addicting..try to do at least 1hour a day...do some calisthenics..[lunges,squats,pushups]...since your a girl these will work out your butt, thighs, and boob area lol..
I would PERSONALLY suggest a low carb diet..Iv done Atkins and lost more than 10 pounds in 2 weeks..several inches too..clothes were fitting betetr after a couple DAYS..
Its bascially a low carb,HIGH FAT..moderate protein diet..you can eat eggs,meats,butter,pork,cheese,bacon,etc...a ltitle bit of veggies...this process kick starts KETOSIS..which makes your body burn fat instead of carb...so it literally is burning fat just to survive...you are bascially starving yourself but eating lol..its a really simple, and easy to use diet..and COMPLETELY takes away your hunger..if you need any more info jsut reply..good luck
Really? Work out and eat less than you burn. As simple as that. Diets won't work unless you're REALLY overweight. If you only have 10-15 pounds to lose, the most effective will be to work out. I did that and lost all the weight in about 1-2 months, working out for 30-45 minutes 5-6 times a week (I obviously worked out less at the beginning). If you try to lose weight fast by dieting, it'll lead you nowhere. You'll gain it all back as soon as you start eating normally again (and let's be real, nobody can say on a diet forever), guaranteed.
I do work out if I have energy to do. Well not actually dieting . I do diet but mostly because of sickness. I can't eat much. Sometimes once in a day. But the shocking part is I don't lose weight -__-
Green tea helps with your metabolism - I drink it if I'm feeling a bit bloated.
Thank you. Will try that. :)

All these diet comments are kind of funny. Having a strict diet is not good for your body and will probably make you feel crappy aswell, you have to combine a healthy diet with exercise.
If you want to lose weight the main thing is: watch your calories and exercise.
You will want to do cardio excercises, running, cycling or swimming. These kind of sports require you to be physically active so you burn a lot of calories.
As far as calories go you want to eat around 1500-1700 calories a day.
DON'T eat pork meat or any other really fat stuff. And no white bread either.
You can have 3 meals a day with some small snacks in between, just stay under the 1700 calories a day. Also what a lot of people say is that you have to lift weights to build muscles. Truth is you don't have to if you get enough proteins a day. What I use to get my proteins is to blend yoghurt with fruit. This way you get your proteins and your fruit in one go. 2 regular glasses a day are enough.
Good luck ;)
wake up in the morning and do 30 min of cardio on empty stomach...cause wen your stomach is empty it doesn't use carbs as fuel but instead burns all your fats...go on for small meals avoid sugar...have oat meals without sugar...they help to reduce cholesterol to a gr8 extent
avoid processed foods like bread biscuits etc go natural and take good qualit fats only via fish peanut butter etc but in moderate levels...
recent research shows that eating most of your calories later in the day/night, subjects put on an extra 28% body fat
Easy to lose, difficult to keep off. The food industry makes it cheap, convenient and delicious if you eat their fat and sugary offerings. Temptation is around every corner.
Don't eat any food that has more than 5 ingredients in it. Stop drinking ALL sweetened drinks.
Burn more calories than you consume. 3500 calories is a pound of fat. That means a deficit of 500 calories a day is 1 pound lost a week
Honestly? Smoke ganja and try your best to ignore the munchies.
Eat healthy and workout. There are no magic pills.
