I wanna be beautiful. My dad was a football player. Mom was a model. Bro is ripped. :( its getting to me.
Sorry by the way foe grammar. On cell
As a kid, My father was in the military, My mom was a dancer/ dentist, my stepdad was ripped and an athlete, my brothers were athlete , one was a track star, another did strength sports , the other was a wrestler. I was a chubby kid from my pre teen years towards my adult days, I used to feel pressured because whenever someone saw my family, they saw I came from a family of athletes while I was overweight. I began to develop my own pride by training myself but basically keeping moving forward.
Now I'm an athlete/martial artist who doesn't feel pressured by them anymore, my advice to you is to keep working out, most diets are a piece of crap, you have to watch what you eat, when you eat, and how much you eat. that's the true diet if I could ever use that.
Regarding to your sides, do obliques workouts such as the bicycle, or torso twists, just google oblique workouts and you will see a lot of different techniques. Good luck!
You would have results it you were't cheating on the diets...and crash diets never work. You need to go slowly but without backsliding. One binge day can cancel two weeks of good behavior.
Ahh, I feel you here.. I'm the only one in my family that has to seriously watch my diet and exercise like crazy, and I'm still not skinny like my sister who eats allllll the time.
I guess it's just life though. Just eat healthy, and not too much. Just a good balanced diet, and excercise. Cardio is the best fat burner. Good luck though!
Watch your diet (I know its hard) and try to do Pilates. It reshapes your body and makes you feel energized.
