my mum is a personal trainer and yes biking can be a great workout. If you have a good technique it can tone your legs particularly well, half an hour would be a good realistic time to start with and you could always add on time if you feel your improving and need a more challenging workout. As for stomach toning, sports such as running/ jogging and swimming are generally better for those sorts of things.:)

Yes. I've been doing it for a year now and I see a big difference in my legs. I love the spin bikes. You adjust the friction and ride it standing up which is a huge calorie burner. Its my favorite cardio exercise at the moment.
Have you noticed biker's legs ?
Add some serious sit ups with weights and you are good to go :)
Yes of course :d , I wish I could have the patience though .. I can never use it for more than 5 minutes.. I use the treadmill instead , it's not as boring. Anyway if you can resist on it , then yeah of course it's good :)
Cycling would develop all your core muscles, but not your abdomen and behind, particularly. You should do targeted adominal exercises, just simple sit ups twists, and the like, along with the cycling. Lunges and leg lifts for the rear.
yes, you'll get sexy shapely legs (strong curvy calves and juicy thighs). link

Yes biking is great cardio. It will help tone your legs and lose extra fat. Squats would be better for toning your butt and of course crunches for your stomach. But biking will help lose fat all over. Fat comes off of your body uniformly
Any workout is always good for your body whether you just want to lose weight, get toned, or both. It's good for your mental health too. So, absolutely.
You should got for at least 30 minutes and and ride intensely. Just a casual ride is not going to do much, but if you push yourself the entire time it's a great workout.
it's a great part of a workout regimen but is not enough alone to achieve your goals.
Yup, along with other work outs, you would be in excellent shape.
Definitely, but it'll mainly work or your legs. I suggest doing squats for your butt. Stomach crunches or situps.
it would. But squats and deadlifts are better
