How do you get rid of whiteheads?

I've had them for years, and I'd like to get rid of them. I have back acne too. Preferably, I would like answers from someone that has had them before, but any answers/suggestions will be appreciated.

you need to clean your face twice a day(and your back so shower if you need to) with an acne cleanser till it clears up and then clean it with acne cleanser at least once a day after that...twice if that works best for you. if you exercise or get sweaty always ALWAYS shower right after or at least wash your face with water if that's all you can do. Change your pillow case every 4 days if your hair is greasy change it more. keep your hands off your face too.

Change your diet to fresher, organic, unprocessed foods. Drink more water, double your intake. Buy a gentle facial scrub, less ingredients is better. Clean your phone with an alcoholic wipe every day and invest in a body bar, not soap. Diet plays such a big roll.

Yeah, to be honest, I have a fairly poor diet. I'll have to work on that. Also, I've never looked into facial scrubs or body bars before. Are there any that you'd suggest?

My face cleared up with exercise and diet. But quick fixes would be the Clean and Clear persa gel 5 that I used...its drying but works.

For the back, the same gel can be used but someone would have to apply it for you.
