Trending & News If you want to lose that much weight you can not eat rice, sugars, or anything with too much carbs.
So basically, I would say, skip the mini muffins. They just contain too many calories, and it's sort of empty calories as well.
You should eat something with a lot of protein and fibers. Which will help you to lose weight.
For breakfast I usually have a slice of rye bread (which contains lots of fibers) and one sliced tomato on top, with this I have water. And if I feel like I want to indulge, I take an apple too.
Avoid muesli or yogurt for breakfast though. Those are filled with calories.
I really think you should learn to eat veggies. They're really good for you and contain near to no calories. I didn't eat them, and when I started I also started to lose more weight. For example, I LOVE boiled green beans. Yum! Nothing added to them though. Don't add any gravy or whatever. Just have the damn vegetables. They're GOOD for you ;)
If you have a fiber filled breakfast you don't need to eat a mid morning snack. But if you do, have some fruits. No energy bars or anything. They're filled with bad things.
For lunch I would say skip the cheese and drink skimmed milk instead. Or you _could_ have the cheese. But choose a very low calorie cheese if you absolutely _need_ it. As for meat, I always have turkey. VERY low in calories and fat. Chicken is also good. But avoid very fatty meats like bacon and whatnot. You get the point. I usually cook the turkey in the oven. That way I use the least amount of fat because I am not frying it in a frying pan where I have to add vegetable oil/olive oil for the turkey not to burn to the pan.
THEN, for dinner, you shouldn't have rice. Unless its whole grains. Quinoa is better than rice and it's almost the same thing. Check the whole grain department in a supermarket. They usually have a very wide range of different things :)
What kind of sweets do you usually eat?
I have one day at a week when I am allowed to eat ANYTHING (Usually a Friday) This is when I eat absolutely eat so much that I feel sick haha. Last week I had a tub of Ben and Jerry's ice cream <3 Oh god... All I can say is, I will NOT be having that in a while haha. So sweet. And made me feel awful. Anyway, if you like your sweets so much, and if you're addicted to them (which I am) I would say whenever you feel like having some sweets, or cheat on your diet, take a teaspoon of honey, and have that instead. It's SO much better.
Also, do you work out at all?
3-6 times a week of cardio, and 2-3 times a week of heavy weight lifting is really good for weight loss =)
Cut out the sweets entirely unless theyre designed for dieting. Try to find vegetables yu like, since its hard to lose weight eating a lot of meat. Even lean meat has many calories in proportion to the nutrition you get. Tofu can easily be prepared to resemble meat, for example, in many delicious dishes.
To lose that much weight, by July, you'll need an exercise program along with the diet
