Congrats on your baby and new weight loss journey!
1) great job on now eating healthy. Just to make sure, keep added sugars out of it. Read nutrition facts and if it has sugar in the ingredients or on the label( if it has more than a few grams of sugar per serving) then don't eat it. Continue to eat smaller portions focusing more on veggies and whole grains, fruit a couple times a day, and focusing less on meat protein and more on dairy and nuts, seed, and other natural sources of protein.
2) You will notice that after 20 pounds you will really need to change up your diet and cut more calories. You will be into a new BMR range which means your calories burned will become less, so you have to fine tune it.
2) Create a combination of cardio and strength training. 30-45 minutes of cardio. Start of gentle, with whatever you can handle, and slowly build up. Then work on strength training different muscle groups.
3) keep an online food diary. It allows you to log your calories, exercise and everything so that you know exactly what you are eating and can really keep on track.

One thing that seems really little, but helps a lot is if you do 10 jumping jacks and 10 sit ups before you eat a meal. This will help to start your metabolism so that it moves much quicker than when you usually eat.
You might need to go on a planned diet, maybe by joining Weight Watchers or other org that will give yu a measure d amount of food and surround you with other people who will encourage you along the way.
