I run with a normal speed for 4 min then I switch to sprint for 30 sec and I do that for 10 kilometres. What I want to achieve is to do one min normal run and one min sprint for 10 kilometres. I am planing to increase my sprinting time by 10 sec while I reduce the normal speed time by one min, every month, until I reach one min sprint and one min normal. Do you think that's possible?
There's marathon runners doing 26.2 miles (42.16 km) at an average of 6 min miles. =) So sure, it's possible with the right conditioning. If you put in the work it will come with time.

Check the record books to see if its possible. Improvement is never bad though.
I'd say it's possible. It'll just take a lot of time to condition yourself.
