it won't slim your legs if they are already big, the only way that would, would to only walk briskly, because then your body would realize that there's no need for the remaining muscle and stop sending blood to that muscle which in time would stop being so dominant, these exercises that you mention will add definition and size to your legs,x

well cardio is done to burn fat and other exercise you mentioned is for toning your legs. so depends which kind of shape you want

You'll gain muscle but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It's a shame you want to get rid of leg shape, that's like a guy trying to get thinner arms.
I seriously doubt you will see ANY results, positive or negative, from bodyweight squats.
I'd guess more muscle if anything.
