LOSING 1 KG a week HELP PLEASE!?

Okay :) I promise I do not plan on going on a fad diet and rebounding so please read on!
I'm 18 years old and on the edge of being overweight :(
I'm going on holidays in January and I really want to lose 1 kg a week to get to my goal weight.
I know it's going to be hard but I'm motivated to do this.
I'm going to workout for at least 45 minutes cardio/day. Strength training 4x a week.

I NEED HELP WITH DIET!
Basically I know metabolism slows down if I cut down too many calories. Base calories= calories without exercise. I will eat back exercise calories.

Monday- 1000 cal base
Tues- 500 cal base
Wed- WATER fast
Thurs- 500 cal base
Fri-WATER fast
Sat-1000 cal base
Sun- 1500 cal base '

I've calculated this, and it comes to losing 1 kg a week.
Reason why I'm eating 1500 cal on Sun (base) is cos I want to "trick" my metabolism.

Will this work?
Please help! :) I'm kind of desperate. Do you have any tips?
