How to apply acne medicine? Does spot treatment help?

does spot treatment help? should I rub the acne cream into skin ? I'm so confused... I have a date in a few day and pimples have decided to take a massive attack ...i have pimples over here bigger than a monster...

Wash your hands with hand wash

Then wash your face with a cleanser

Pat dry and make sure skin is dry

Then apply a layer of the medication to the affected area or the breakout with your fingers or a Q~tip

When you apply it, don't be rough about it. Apply it like you would lotion but in a more gentle manner or pat it onto the breakout(s).

It can help; it just depends on the product and how well your skin reacts

Whenever I had a big zit just before going on a date, I'd give it eyes, a nose and a mouth with a fine-tip marker, and then name it. This way you can introduce it to your date.
