How to shower in front of others?

How do I become comfortable showering in front of other people? Yes, I will be showering in front of others of the same sex, however, I have never showered in the open like that. I am going to basic training.

Any tip on how to have privacy,will be much needed.

As I said on the other thread, you aren't given much time at all to shower, so you run in, suds up, wash your hair, rinse off, and run out. You don't really have time to look around or do anything but concentrate on hurrying up. Plus, after 5-10 days out in the field, where your "shower" has been a small pack of baby wipes, you'll want that shower so bad that you wouldn't care if you were naked in front of 10,000 dudes; you'll just want to feel clean again.

Start now... Find a pool or gym that has open shower rooms and just do it. Once you're naked that's it... The cat's out of the bag. No big deal.

Then again, I have no issues with nudity whatsoever, so perhaps I'm not the right person to help you.

Most likely the other woman will be feeling the same thing, just try walking around your house naked and shower at the gym in front of others. It personally doesn't bother me just remember they are going through the same thing.

my school has open showers, so I'm used to it, not that I'm all that shy,lol. don't worry about it, other girls are thinking the same thing.

I guess you just have to try to be conferable and confident with your body. I didn't know they did that guess I'm not joining.

try not to look at others and shower in your area...

and don't try to hide ( the more you hide , the more your body will be seen :) )
