Why does my stomach growl?

I take summer classes and I have to be in class by 7:30 am. My breakfast for the past few weeks has been a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and half a banana cut up. Then, I eat a rice cake and put a bit of peanut butter on top. 2 hours after 7:30, my stomach growls in class.

My next meal is typically at dinner. Something light like a Lean Cuisine TV dinner that is under 300 calories.

Is my metabolism fast or is it air?

what low calorie food can I eat to stop it?
