between bkfast and lunch...mixed nuts and dried fruit. it will last longer.

You should try drinking plenty of water throughout the day. It helps to keep you full, also sometimes your body mistakes hunger for thirst. You could also try packing a mixture of fruit or maybe nuts to snack on during the day at school if you feel hungry.
Banana and rice cake are fast digesting, oatmeal sorta medium, the peanut butter is slow but a little peanut butter is not going to see you through dinner.
Up the protein. Its the slowest thing to digest.
In terms of calories swap carbs and fat for protein.
I'm not raising my calorie intake!

Scrambling eggs takes less time than oatmeal.
I think no matter what you eat, you're not going to make it breakfast -> dinner without stomach grumbling. But you should be able to make it 4-5 hours.

A lot of that is the air in the rice cakes and the gasses created when you digest the banana.

Eat something that has a sugar base like honey or something...also try eating more fiber it will keep you fuller longer.
it might be heart burn, I know when I have heart burn I feel hungry even if I just had a big meal.
