Binging on healthy food....

i alwaysss do this.. I just have to eat something so I eat a wholee bunch of like raw cauliflower, raw broccoli, radishes, or carrots, and a lott of it it sucks! than I feel grossly bloaded and fat I hate the feeling:( does this happen to anyone? I know everything is very low in calories that I eat but doesn't it cause my stomach to expand ? should I try to limit evennn healthy food tooo ?
