Would this diet work? I binged today and I need help!!?

Hello :)
I'm on my journey to weight loss and I've got about 5 kgs to lose (I'm 164cm tall and I want to be 46 kg), and I need to do so asap because of vacation and my sister's wedding coming up/
Basically I'm in my final year of high school and I'm SO STRESSED because of upcoming assessments and expectations etc etc.
So I BINGED today and I feel so horrible although I binged on healthy food but it was A LOT! - omelettes, salads, quinoa, smoothies, salmon, almonds, honey, nut spreads... OMG

I want to detox detox DETOXXXXXX right away. I will start tomorrow, will keep on doing cardio and strength training. Will this make me lose muscle mass or slow down metabolism? I plan to eat 1000 calories a day + exercise. My bmr is only around 1400 or something. This will be only for 1 week
