Personally, the only thing that would make me question another (supposedly heterosexual) guy's sexuality would be his actions when actually; physically interacting with other men. I have plenty of straight male friends who take great care to make the best of their appearances, and while they may come off very "metro" (I do at times as well), that doesn't mean they're homosexual.
Of course, there are plenty of other reasons to take care of your skin, teeth, etc. including (but not limited to) family-history-suggested/preexisting medical conditions, past psychological/physical trauma, and so on.
But for purely topical/cosmetic purposes as well as [some of] the aforementioned, I can say with the utmost certainty that I, as a straight guy, take about 30 minutes with skin care on any given day. :P

I don't agree much with the eye brows as its a little far, but grooming as such as moisturizer, contact lenses etc etc but any use of make up is going to far, being a metrosexual is fine, but trying out products that you only see in the section for women is a closet sexual.
If he really has a need to tidy up his brows, I'm fine with that. If he looks after his skin, I'm fine with that. If he looks after his teeth, gums, mouth, tongue, I'm fine with that. If he knows why he's doing these things that's fine. If he's just doing it to be prissy, that's not cool but I'd still appreciate that he's looking after himself.
It's good if a masculine guy looks after himself instead of thinking he's bullet proof. Ignorance is eye roll worthy.
Guys doing their eyebrows, I'm not a fan of that. But everything else you listed, yes! A guy taking care of himself is never a bad thing.

I'm not much into eyebrows unless you have a uni-brow. Dental work is expensive, but if needed it should be done. Moisturizer is definitely needed especially in certain parts of the country. Its could that you take care of yourself.
I think its great! There's way too many guys rocking a uni-brow out there. Minty breath and non-scaly skin are always good things too!
I think it is OK because I know some guys who have uni-brows and its just ugly. Moisturizer is good for your skin so why not use it.
why not? it makes you more attractive, raises self-esteem,and guys who do things like that are more likely to take care of their health.
Of course not. I like a guy that takes care of himself and takes pride in his appearance.
i think its a GREAT thing that some men do that. I think every guy should take good care of himself
Moisturizer is OK if it was SPF I can understand but the eyebrows are unnessary
I don't think guys need it
I like metrosexual guys
It's good that you take care of yourself!
