Is frozen yogurt bad for you?
Frozen yogurt question?
Is frozen yogurt bad for you?
The first like two weeks were hell for me cause I didn't use wax. I decided to check inside my mouth just for fun after a while of agony and I saw a very unattractive hole in my cheek... so ha ha I really recommend you use wax!
As for food, I stayed healthy while still being able to eat by just blending my food. Just as healthy, less fun to eat/drink/whatever, but it worked well. I recommend that rather than having frozen yogurt. The blended food didn't taste horrible, either - in fact, if you put it on top of rice or something (which is soft enough for you to eat) it's pretty decent.
@Update: Hahaha. It obviously won't give you diabetes unless you only have it and nothing else for like a year... I mean, yogurt is high in sugar so frozen yogurt is too. But having frozen yogurt only for a week won't give you diabetes lmao. But it is malnutritious, which is why I really recommend doing what I did. It's not as bad as it sounds just eating blended food.
Holy sh*t. Stop being fat and just blend your food dude. Stop going on about eating sorbet and frozen yogurt, and suck it up and get past the braces pain, and f***ing eat normal food. Sorry to be harsh dude but wow you're being really weird about all this, saying you wanna eat healthy but being willing to eat only frozen yogurt or sorbet.
You need to get it out of your head that foods are 'good' or 'bad'.
Processed foods and junk foods are pretty bad.
Real food is neither good nor bad - its how its part of your overall diet + activity level that's good or bad.
Sorbet id say is worse. It is just sugar. Yogurt is sort of good for you.
its worse? it says 0 in everything though
Why not just have regular yogurt, with fresh fruit? frozen yogurt has tons of sugar. Why not just eat actual food, with protein, etc?
you can make smoothies with protein powder milk, & fruit, too. lots of options.
purree your vegetables.
cooked cereals.
you can by nutritional drinks.
Congrats on your braces! And I totally understand the pain you're going through for the first week of having braces. I was there not too long ago lol.
I don't think frozen yogurt is any worse for you than regular yogurt. You can also eat apple sauce and soups. My best friend was baked potatoes.
It's not great for you, but it's not terrible either.
Opt for some fruit toppings rather than candy and you'll be just fine.
I don't put anything on it.
Hah, well then. Eat away. Unless it becomes one of your main food groups, I'd say you don't really have anything to worry about.
its just something soft to eat for now lol. Got my braces today, I got obese by eating ice cream so I stear clear from that but I have a fear of gaining weight
Yeah, I gotcha. It seems kinda weird that you'd choose something cold as a solution, though I have sensitive teeth when it comes to cold food so that's just me.
If you're so concerned then just google around for more information about frozen yogurt. If you're worried about gaining weight then be more conscious about how much/often you eat it.
Apple sauce is a good suggestion, and mashed potatoes, bananas, pudding, oatmeal, pancakes, soup... good luck! You'll be used to them before you know it.

Frozen Yogurt is awesomely good :D
Stay away from anything that may be 'toffee' like or hard...haha...
For corn, I don't know if you eat it, but you'll just have to cut it off the cob.
is frozen yogurt healthy though
Don't eat frozen yogurt on a regular basis and if you have sensitive teeth. Honestly anything that is suppose to be good for you, there is always not good in it.
When I had braces I lived off scrambled eggs and what I ate most of all: Apple Sauce.
I would eat frozen yogurt
