Cutting down on food isn't going to help if you're not getting the right kind. You need a balanced diet (carbs/protein/fat in the proper amounts, and all vitamins and minerals). That, plus exercise that keep your heart rate up will let you lose weight and keep it off. Trying to find a pill is going to cost you a lot of money and even more heartbreak. Healthy eating and exercise will boost your confidence and your health.
Everyone is going to say that they don't work because usually this stuff isn't approved by the FDA. It's supplements for diets that are sold over the counter and what not, they don't help you lose weight per say, but they help you become more energized to have the ability to work out and lose. My mom was doing these pills years ago and they only made her energized, not actually lose weight.

Well, I wouldn't say you actually loose weight.. but they boost the lost. They speed up your metabolism so it would be easier to burn fat. I would recomend these pills as a complement to a diet and work-outs.

1. You can't target one area of fat.. You lose weight and it will drop off from where ever it likes.
2. Why consider gimicky bullsh*t. Just eat fruit/veg/seeds/nuts/rice/fish/chicken/muesli. Well anything that is natural. Even though everyone eats processed crap since it is 2012 and asks questions about weight loss pills - you don't have to do that.
So eat complex carbs (eg brown rice) instead of simple carbs (pasta).
Are you consuming lots of carbs from other places. I too struggle with belly fat and have recently learned that it is too much carbs and the wrong kinds of carbs that make us gain weight in the belly. Eat healthy carbs only. Stress is really bad for belly fat too so if you are stressed learn to relax a bit.
I have heard about green coffee beans too but don't know if it works and would like to find out.
Nobodies life is stress free. But are there things you fret about that aren't really that important? Are there things you can do to change things so they are not as stressful. Are there things you can do to relax and forget about work once you are home?
Controlling everything your eating is great and all but I didn't see you mention exercising.

No pill will make you lose weight. You need to be at a caloric deficit to lose weight. Exercising helps too, but diet is king.
how intense is your workout? if you could cut your carbs down even a little bit and progressively cut it even more over time there'd be a huge difference. If you're workout is good, you probably don't need to increase it.
healthy fats are essential though. fats from stuff like oils, cashews, and beans are good.
