There is no FAST and SHORT healthy way to lose weight. If you exercise and eat properly, then it is healthy to lose 2 lbs a week. Anything more than that, and it could possibly be bad for your health. Drink gallons of water a day, eat right and work out for an hour every day and you will be guaranteed to lose weight.
Exercise and eating right. Won't be fast but it's healthy, safe, and the results last.
Easiest way is to change what you normally eat by not eat processed food and to simply exercise.
