You are going to implement something new to shock your body with a different sort of stress.
Try incorporating H.I.I.T. (High Intense Interval Training). This should get things started again. Look it up on Google since there are plenty of articles online, since it is well outside the scope of a simple response.
It works for LOTS of people, and I include it myself before races etc. I cut weight because of it. Eat your protein immediately after your workout will keep your body repaired, burning fat and in good working order. Good luck!
Take a break from the routine, just relax, and just sort of fast for a couple of weeks. No fatrs or dessert. If you're not physically active, you probably won't feel hungry anyway! With your high metabolism you'll lose weight during this time, and your body will get a chance to rest.
maintain your current weight for a few months, then try to lose the 7 lbs. the body needs time.

mix it up. eat a bit more than usually one day,then eat a bit less,it usually works.
