How to keep it away?

I used to have kinda bad acne. Currently I'm on Accutane. Which is an intense medicine but it'll totally eliminate it. All the way through it'll be gone.

What's the best stuff do to prevent it from ever coming back? It's not too likely, but I want to take preventive measures haha.

Oh and I'm very hygenic. That's not the issue.

wash your (face?) 3 times a day with soap and hot water, shower in the morning AND at night, wash you face in the shower too. Take hot showers where steam is created so your pours can open, look up towards shower head and let the water beat down on your face, it cleans out the clogged pours, preventing acne from returning.
