Anyhoo, I'm not balding, but in the past week or so, my hair has been falling out more and more.
What low calorie foods can you recommend I eat to sort of get healthier?
I take a multivitamin, biotin supplement(1-3x a day) and fish oil pills. I eat once or maybe twice a day, low calorie. Typically cereal or oatmeal in the morning with a little fruit and maybe something small for what would be dinner.
