Yeah, the reason you gain it back is because you try to lose it fast. The only way to keep weight off is to lose it VERY slowly. the slower you lose it, the easier it will stay off. that's because the body does not like to change super fast.
The best way to do it for lasting results is to make tiny changes over time. For example, you could start by switching all sugary drinks to sugar free ones, then keep that up for a week or two. Then switch more of them to water for a couple weeks.
Keep doing that then start replacing unhealthy snacks with things like raw veggies and lower calorie versions. Do that for like a month. The next month, make sure you eat protein with every meal. After you are totally used to doing all those things for a few months, then maybe cut out another unhealthy food, and replace it with something healthier.
The only diets that I have seen actually work are the ones that people make up for themselves because it's all about whatever they like and what works for them. It's good to get ideas from books or websites, but you can only use what will really work for you. Part of it is experimenting, but most of it is slow changes over time.

Umm not much lol you could go to your local GNC store and buy oxy elite, or go on the hcg diet plan, if you can get "pure green coffee beans" pills they help a lot they sell them at walmart

Also, work out daily 30-60 min of cardio and some free weights.
Be committed to a healthy diet; fruits, veggies, nuts, salads, fish and chicken.
You cannot lose it fast. That's the point. That's why you gain it back.
Eat less. Exercise more. It takes time. Do it right, and it will work.
Ignore the people who tell you this, just because it's not what you want to hear, and stay a fattie for life. It's your choice, really.

1) Implement an exercise routine in your weekly schedule that you can commit to.
2) Make changes to your diet that you stick with.
Losing weight is about making lifestyle changes, not making "fixes."

- Drink a lot of water ( don't drink coca-cola etc because has a lot calories!.. only water)
- don't eat sweets often
- don't eat after 6 pm
- count calories ( don't eat much pasta, cheese, bananas.., etc)
- swim ( it's the best way to lose weight)
- eat ONLY when you feel you are really hungry, don't eat if you aren'twork out. cut calories.
If you can't commit to full workouts, try just doing little things when you arnt doing anything else. watching tv? do some situps. can't sleep? time for pushupsThere's no way to lose weight fast in a healthy way. Just got to really stick to a good diet and having fun exercising!
It's called eatting right, controling your calorie intake, Cardio(jogging, running or cycling).
