Am I going to lose weight?

i get anxious and eat until I feel uncomfortable and then I just take it all out. I KNOW its SO unhealthy and I'm completely destroying my body, but I honestly don't care, like not even a little so save it. I just wanted to know if I'll lose weight from doing this.

i've always been weird about eating and sometimes I'll get close to anorexia and then I'll kinda go back to normal. I just started my 2nd year at university and I'm already stressed, I've been binging and purging for the last 2 weeks maybe 3 weeks but not because I'm trying to lose weight just because of all the stress.. I just have to eat and then I feel crazy guilty and throw up.
Am I going to lose weight?
