I try walking but I really like to lose my stomach is there a good way to lose it fast or just fun and easy to do?
I weight about 184 pounds and my goal for now is to get to 150 or 160. My height is 5'5 I know if y'all need to know that to figure out what would be my perfect weight for my height. I hope you guys/gals could help me :)
