How do I start to look healthy again?

I've been under a lot of stress lately a promotion at work, a messy breakup with a idiot that make things as hard for me as he could, and a love triangle. During all this I have lost a lot of weight for someone who was already considered underweight, also when I got though rough patches it brings on terrible nightmares that make me not want to sleep. People comment on my appearance how tired I always look and how much weight I has lost. Help please?
