First I am sorry for your troubles...
I suppose there are a lot of things you cna do, but here are a few big ticket things to think about:
1) REST - your body needs the rest, your mind, your emotions. It is a big part of healing. So make sure you are going to be early and doing things to ensure you sleep well (like no caffeine say after 4 in the afternoon, no big meals in the evening, don't exercise right before you go to bed, make sure the room is dark, etc.)
2) EXERCISE - it does not have to be hard... it can be a nice brisk walk, preferably outside where you can get some fresh air.
3) DIET - eat well, stay off the junk food if you are eating anything. Perhaps more meals during the day, but smaller meals
4) TIME FOR YOURSELF - make sure that in addition to the above you are taking a little time each day for yourself, whether it is to read a book, listen to music ,whatever
and finally... meditate on this "whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things."
it doesn't mean bad things don't happen... but it does mean that we can choose what we think about and focus on. You can focus on the past, or you can move forward.

Wow! With all that, it's no wonder you don't look your best..
An active hobby that gets you out in nature, such as bird watching, might get your mind off some of these situations and also make you physically tired enough that you will sleep easily. With normal sleep will come more energy and a healthier appetite.
Cutting off communication with at least some of the people involved would help as well.
And taking yourself out of the love triangle, making it more of a straight line. Maybe taking a break from both sides of the triangle for a time until your are better rested!

Exercises is number one with a strength program before aerobics. This will help your overall health and help relax your brain so you can rest. You need to monitor your diet for a healthy balanced nutritional intake with vitamin supplements as well.
