Should I be doing this too myself?
I'm 21 and tall and descent looking so yet I'm depriving myself of finding some1 to even hang out with like.
Is this right do you think?
No diet problem or stress,I'm just thin ,that's it.

I doupt you're even as skinny as me, and unlike me, you're probably aloud to work out and get bigger. You need to work on your confidence, personality, game, and appearance. Being skinny is a disadvantage, but if you get everything else right, you'll still get girls better than the average guy. link Check that out, changed my life.

Dude, their is no way your 5"8 and weigh 110 lbs. Your bmi would be around 16.7. You would be DEAD! I'm 5'6 and I weigh 125 lbs, my bmi is at 20.2. Which to me is ideal. Anything above 24% is obese, anything below 18% is considered extremely dangerous. For every 5 feet should be a 100 lbs, for every inch above 5 feet should be another 5 lbs, so if you are 5'8, you should be at 140 lbs. 135 lbs the least!
Well 113 to be exact, 17.2. And I'm aware it isn't healthy but it's not at a dangerous point, my blood work is all above average for health. And I'm trying to gain weight, but it isn't easy when eating a super healthy diet because of having a heart condition.
What is a healthy diet to you? If you want to gain some muscle then you need to be eating at least 30 grams above your weight of lean protein to gain muscle, and you also need to be eating plenty of fat in order to synthesis your protein. If you weigh that low at your height, then you should be eating 150 grams of lean flesh everyday, plus plenty of eggs, avocados, olives, nuts, and seeds. I also recommend cooking with plenty of butter, as butter is 100% lard. Fat does not make you fat, carbs do
lol don't worry bro I know proper nutrition and fat myths. I used to eat paleo, but I'm vegetarian(ish) now except for fish (and gained weight on it vs eating meat). Basically everything except processed foods, refined sugar, oils, land animals. I eat lot's of fats from avacado, butter, coconut, and nuts. protiend from sprouts, whey, hemp, bean, etc. And carbs from fruit, whole and sprouted grains, and rices.
The problem is I can't lift weights because of my heart, it's a valve disease.
Don't change yourself for anybody but yourself. Women today are heartless. If your setting up goals for a specific outcome, I can imagine it being very disappointing when you get where you want, but not the outcome you hoped for. Truth is; women are not like men, they stereotype for flaws. So you can be completely happy with your results, but get completely nowhere with a female.
It would help a bit if we could see how much you're talking about.
My boyfriend is skinny as well, and he's very self conscious about it, but he still have friends, and a girlfriend. He's a social person.
So it's not impossible at all. But don't force it, just be happy, live your life and do what you can do.
You're fine there is nothing wrong with being skinny. As for finding a girlfriend, just let it happen instead of trying to force it. If you want to hang out with people, just start talking to them, find something in common and ask if they wanna go do whatever you have in common. :)

Hit on skinny girls.
Some of them like muscle guys.
Some of them like thin guys.
But you'll actually have better odds with thin girls then fat girls.
In the meantime I suggest you take up boxing where being in a lower weight class is useful. You shouldn't think of yourself as skinny. You're lean. Other people are f***ing fat.
aww.. you need to be happy with your body type.. I know that it is easier said than done.
We all are born with different body types and different metabolisms.
Just lift weights & eat a lot of protein.. drink protein shakes, etc.
As you get older you'll naturally fill out. But you can speed things up by working out with weights, eating a little more protein, and dancing with wolves
