Do you think that higher wages for ALL employees in a company, equal harder-working employees?

Simple question.

If "Company XYZ" raised the hourly pay of all employees by 20%, (entry-level to top management), would these employees as a whole:

*work harder?

*work the same intensity they did before?

*be "lazy" and not work as hard?

P.S. Feel free to guess the Pokemon! :-P
Yes, employees' pay rising for the same work, will result in a harder-working employees
Raising employees' pay for the same work, won't change how hard they work
Raising employees' pay for the same work, will result in a lesser work ethic for these employees
