Anyone else use a mouthgaurd?

Every night I have use a mouthguard when I go to bed so I don't grind my teeth but when I wake up there is always stuff in my throat and I have horrible breath that doesn't go away no matter many times I brush my teeth :/ any ideas of what to do?

For breath you may need to change or tweak your diet it is bacteria in your guts that creates bad breath. As far grinding your teeth you may have to visit a sleep study clinic as you may have a family history

Gargle before and afer using the mouthguard withantitispetic. Bacteria gather around it and cause the bad beath.

I used to wear a mouth guard for my teeth but found out it made me want to chew my teeth more. so now I just try to relax before I sleep and try to get rid of stress, that seemed to help with the grinding.

Ask your dentist what to do? Or just deal with it and chew gum to help with the bad breath
