Well I've lost over 70 lbs since June. My secret was eating 1500 calories a day, working out on a heavy punching bag for 1/2 hour every morning and taking a 1/2 hour walk every night. The pounds just melted off doing this. I started at 263 lbs and I'm 190 now. The hardest part was only eating 1500 calories daily. I completely stopped drinking soda and now only drink plain water or crystal light. Breakfast is usually 2 cups of cereal and 1.5 cups of 1% milk. Usually a plain sandwich with just lunch meat and low calorie bread with one serving of pringles, a fruit cup and a granola bar for lunch and dinner. Its boring and repetative I know but I wanted to get back into shape to set a good example for my daughter and look better for my girlfriend plus maybe add a few years onto my life

Eat protein instead of carbs. No vending machine fair! Drink green tea!
A few years ago when I first became a vegetarian, I made sure I had plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables around for me to snack on whenever I was hungry. I was very surprised when within the first week I lost 10 lbs! and within the first month I had lost 20 lbs :) my weight stayed the same after that for a few months.. but then I started forgetting about fruits and vegetables and I ate a lot of packaged foods, and gained it back lol. so this is a pretty healthy option if fresh fruits and vegetables are available to you :) The vegetarian part maybe isn't the part of it that helped me lose the most weight, most of it was because of fruits and vegetables, but also avoiding greasy burgers, hot dogs, etc will do your body wonders. good luck, and whatever you choose, stay healthy :)
I try not to crash diet. I just eat a lot smaller portions.
Breakfast will be an egg or two with a slice of whole wheat bread.
Lunch- fruit, half a sandwich
Snack- more fruit
Dinner- veggies, piece of chicken or two, brown rice
Dessert- a low cal dessert or a piece of fruit.
Basically? Small portions, lots of fruits and veggies (I love veggies but never eat enought).
Sometimes I will cook a big batch of brown rice and veggies and divide it up for a few days/meals so I have something for lunch and dinner.

Lots of cardio exercises like running, walking a long distance, dancing, swimming, basically any aerobic exercise. Plus pushups and situps. Exercise more than what you eat, like if you eat per meal 400 calories youd want to burn 200- 400 calories. Also cut down on sugary drinks and foods and drinks high in carbs and empty calories. Drink lots of water and plan out what to eat every day b sure to include small healthy snacks throughout the day along with 3 regular meals. I used this diet to drop 20lbs in 3 months to get into the navy.
Remember that slow weight loss is long-term weight loss.
If you lose weight fast, it will come back on just as quickly (which is OK if you're a weight-class athlete, model, or actor/actress). Even for them, the drastic yo-yoing of their weight for them is dangerous. Matt Damon was literally told by his doctor that he can't take on roles with involve rapid weight gain or loss because it can be fatal for him (because he's done that so much).
But for most ppl, they want to lose weight and KEEP it off! :-PWhen you start losing weight, it will be fast. Whenever I restart my diet, I lose about 5lbs in the first week. That's due to food and water weight, but it does make your stomach flatter.
After that, then it averages out to 0.5lb-2lb. Everyone has different motivations, but I find that focusing on duration of being good every day, rather than weighing myself helps me more. Your weight will frequently fluctuate, sometimes for a few days, which can be very demotivating. I find it easier to make my goals to be about time rather than weight. Then you could weigh once a month and you will surprise yourself.start counting calories. 1600 if you want to lose weight. 2000 if you want to maintain.( this number changes depending on how much physical activity you do) make sure you are never hungry because when you are hungry, you tend to eat more than you should. make sure you are eating breakfast! it may seem small but I promise you when I started eating breakfast, I maintained my weight without counting calories. I was told that what you eat is 80% of the battle. it has proven to be true. to lose weight, it is suggested that you walk 12000 steps a day. well I walk like 3000 on a good day and I still lost 14lbs in a month. but everything takes time and rushing this can be severely unhealthy.
I know exactly what to do, stop eating anything that has high fructose cornsyrup.
other words, candy, chips, soda, cakes cookies.
my brother stop eating meat and in 3 weeks he dropped 18 pounds.
drink lots of water it will help flush out toxin.
and eat small perportion meals, find online the correct serving size.
and if you want a huge impact drop dairy. it doesn't have to be for ever lol
take 3 mile walks, if your wanting to see faster progress take 5 mile walk every other day and you will show progress fast..
i lost 60 pounds :) feeling strong and looking so much better :)
good luckI lost over 30 pounds in less than 2 weeks, but it's not safe, nor fun. Basically my whole torso hurt, and each time I ate, I got really sick. So I quit eating, and the weight came off. But reduce the size of your meals, eat more often, and workout is the best and safest way to do it.
If you don't care about potentially gaining it back, low to no carb diets work like a dream. Not exactly the smartest diet but it worked for me when I could squeeze my ass into a bridesmaids dress. I lost 30lbs in 3 months. I have kept it off for almost 11 months now, after sloooooowly easing myself off of it. I wouldn't really recommend it as healthy, but it does work.
You don't lose weight fast because it isn't healthy and you won't be able to keep it up in the long term. Even if you "lose weight fast", it's not going to make you feel any better.
No quick fixes, no tricks. It's a lifestyle change & a commitment that is worth every little bit. Once I realized this, I got rid of the weight I was trying to lose and I continue to do so.There are a few Judokas in my class, they are on a diet like every week, at least one of them.
To lose around 4.4 Lbs in a week, they eat apples only & do sports EVERY day for 2 to 3 hours!
On Friday they look tired and hungry but they do feel better about being able to be part of the competition !
Anyway, this is only in case of emergency, if not : it's called anorexia;all meat diet an protein dieat along with working out everyday is the best way! no bread... no pop... no high sugar drinks... no deep fried food and you can loos a good 5-15 lbs in a couple months. its worked for me!
what is your schedule? you say fast. is there a reason for the schedule? how much do you have to or want to lose? and why?
You stop eating.
Not healthy, but very effective. :Ptheres no tricks, just hard work and dedication. your body type also depends if you put on weight easy or not, as well as losing easily or not.
I personally cut carbs and do Insanity everyday. I'm doing that right now and so far I've lost like 10 pounds.
