I fast a couple or few days a week and eat approximately 1000-2000 on the other days

I know this is unhealthy, stupid etc. or not?

Could I lose weight this way? Plus, I exercise.

Right now, I'm 105, 5'4 lbs. measurements: 31-24-31 I want to be 100 lbs (or less) :)

please don't tell me I have an eating disorder, I don't. I am just stupid with my eating.
