Could I lose weight this way? Plus, I exercise.
Right now, I'm 105, 5'4 lbs. measurements: 31-24-31 I want to be 100 lbs (or less) :)
please don't tell me I have an eating disorder, I don't. I am just stupid with my eating.
The ideal body weight for a female who is 5'4" is somewhere around:
LOW = 114 lb.
* TARGET (meaning healthy) = 133 lb.
HIGH = 152 lb.
So you're actually below the low mark...
Have you considered taking vitamins as a supplement since you don't appear to be getting the nutrients your body needs to be successful?
On a serious note. If you continue to treat your body this way, you WILL cause damage to it. I'm just trying to help, so please consider my request. Promise me you'll find a healthy diet plan online. Here is one below. You can Google search: 2,000 calorie die plan for more options.
You should NEVER skip meals or go days without food. This is totally unhealthy and again will damage you in the long run.
i don't care about the "ideal". I have my own ideal.
thanks for caring though <3
I am not here seeking attention. I wanted to know whether the way I was eating (fasting on some days, eating on some), would cause me to lose weight, stay the same or gain. I was just wondering about that and nothing else. I don't care about my health really.. I don't want attention I just wanted to know one simple thing but its fine.
Don't try starve yourself its not a good idea. It's not healthy you know that but also not effective as your body will hold on to energy (fat) for as long as possible. Consider it a sorta survival mode. Try to eat healthy and about the same as you do now normally and exercise. Like go running or something else that requires endurance.
Since you "don't care", why are you even here posting questions? It seems like you're just here for attention. You can say you have your own ideas on how much you should weigh, eat, etc. But I'm telling you as someone from experience watching this happen that this IS NOT the way to do this. Also, I pulled those numbers from a PROFESSIONAL site, so apparently you do have a problem since you're denying the advice given from experts. There is help for you - try talking to your famly doctor.
That is called an eating disorder.
I'm 5'4 and am 110. I am 10 pounds under what all the charts tell me to be. I am 32-23-32.
You are dipping way below the healthy weight for someone our height. You will lose weight, but you have put yourself into starvation mode and you will lose all the wrong kind of weight. You will lose muscle as well and become weak. So stop it. At 5'4, you're supposed to be 120 ish. You're already way below.
Omg no way! I look completely normal... I look average. and no one tells me I look thin, skinny etc.
Maybe the weight you have is made up of body fat? Body fat isn't lean like muscle is. Muscle weighs more but you look smaller. I'm just throwing out ideas since I don't know what you look like. Being under 100 lbs for anyone shorter than 5'0 is dangerous. Your body frame needs the extra weight in order to function. I'm not going to stop you from continuing to diet, but I would advise you to not look at the scale. Look at how you feel and your BMI.
You should go by the BMI index for what's a healthy weight range for your height.
First of, think about before you type a response please and thank you.
I mean you shouldn't pick a random ideal number for your weight, there's actually a scientific equation to determine if you're in a healthy weight range for your height.
Lol.

I'm 5'6 and 103 lbs naturally without fasting
It's a stupid idea and most likely you're not going to lose weight by starving yourself
mmKay.
Just because you're aware how harmful your actions are doesn't justify you still doing it!
yes it does because it leads to the simple conclusion that I don't care about my health. I know that by now. all I care about is how I view myself, my beauty, being thin and more, that's all. I know that I am stupid right now. I just don't care :(
You do care, since you show signs of distress over it. But at this point in time, you value those other things over it (as you've said).
At first you could possibly lose weight, but being on such a dramatic deficit like that will switch your body into 'starvation mode' (don't quote me on that).
You need to do some personal growth work pronto.
No I rellly dont. I showed distress over whether I would gain, maintain or lose. that's all :P
