Can you have PMS 19 days before you're due?

For the last few months I have been feeling sad on average 3 weeks before I'm due. This month, it is 19 days.

One Doctor told me that you don't get PMS over two weeks before you're due, but I don't really trust the advice that my local Doctors give me.

I don't trust my Doctors because they all give such conflicting advice. They will prescribe tablets, which another Doctor at the same clinic will say is too strong and dangerous.

They also seem to want to prescribe hayfever tablets for everything lol. Everyone else complains about them as well.

I can't afford to go privately.

I spoke to a pharmacist and told her what I was prescribed and advised. She said that I shouldn't have been told or prescribed those things.

Another time, my Mum was prescribed two types of tablets. A Pharmacist took her aside to warn her not to take them as they're very dangerous when taken together.

She gave me some supplements to try for a couple of months.

Some of the answers to my question were quite bitchy. People even move house just so they can have a better GP.
