Anyone on here tried weight watchers?

just signed up for weight watchers online

just wondering if anyone on here has had success with it?

Several close friends swear by it and say they couldn't have gained control of their waistline without he help of WW. I've never had to use them, but form the literature I've been shown by my friends, they seem to be scientific in their approach, but understanding of people's need to eat something that at least SEEMS fatty and gooey, once in a while.

Charles Barkley was paid to try Weight Watchers. He had a fair amount of success, then again any retired celebrity will have all the time in the world to dedicate their lives to losing weight.

I haven't but my best friend did and she swears by it. She wasn't fat or overweight by any means just carried a little weight she wanted to shift. She lost 2 stone but it wasn't by diet alone she also pounded the roads every night.

I have very close family members that loved it! but since it can be pricy they went off it and gained all of their weight back. So don't go off it! :)

they had a really good deal if you signed up for 6 months, so I'll be sticking with it for a while :)

I've done it, but hated tracking everything I consumed after a month so quit after a few.

I can track it all on my iPhone which is pretty handy, so I don't think that that part will bother me too much

If I had to do it on my computer every time though, that would get annoying

Well it just got tiring that a sandwhich was so many points. And eventually you apparently get down to like 20 points a day for maintaining weight. And losing points when you lost weight was kinda hard too. I mean it does help you learn to eat healthy. But I cook a lot and inputting everything in to figure out my points was also very time consuming.

my mom did it but it didn't work out for her real well
