Exercise. It's the best way to gain muscle, and gain weight. I need to gain weight too. So, I found time to exercise on my machine at home. I've been doing it for the last couple of months, and can clearly see a difference in my body. I look more round, wider, and toned. More masculine. Not only that, I feel better to. I have more energy, and want to be active more often. Less sitting in front of the computer now. Give it a shot. You won't regret it.

You need to know what your basal metabolic rate is, once you've figured that out then you basically consume 500 calories more than that every single day and you should gain about one lb a week so you shouldn't get fat, you should be building muscle.
