Do I seriously need to consider losing some weight?

So I am 5'4" and I'm 145lbs

I know I'm far from super skinny and I'm quite chubby.

Tbh what I really need is people to be as blunt and honest as possible in answering this. I need a 100% kick up the backside and reality check so I can get towards losing a lot of weight... I've tried dieting, increasing exercise and I know they do work if done right I guess I'm just not motivated enough. negative comments weirdly motivate me to change/do well so I'm resorting to this. sad. I know.
Do I seriously need to consider losing some weight?
