everyone thinks my stomach is flat but when I sit down my belly looks bigger and this is the outfit, link

and I am in the process of losing weight. But I really want to audition because I need a job and no one seems to be hiring me at the regular jobs and this place opens July 29th so I am able to apply before they open so I at least get a fighting chance. what sizes do the uniform come in anyways? This is a serious question

i sympathize with you on the job hunt. it sucks. but you've really applied to all the restaurants around you? within a 20 minute vicinity? because those are basically just bras and I'm trying to ignore my own judgements but you seem a bit insecure to wear the outfits so how would you feel secure waitressing in them?

either way, if you you still want to work there, just try. the worst that will happen is that they won't call you back. and to answer your original question, no, I don't think someone could get away with holding their stomach in. you'd have to do it all day while you work... :X but if everyone tells you that you have a flat stomach then you are probably just being too hard on yourself.

yes, its just for some reason the breastaurants are taking over. I applied to regular restaurants, real fancy ones that pay good money, I had interviews but they told me they would call me last week if I got the job, I never did. I can't count how many times I go and get a "perfect" interview and not get the job

I'm not sure why you would want to work there but OK. The uniforms look like they come in size 0 and 2. Altough really sizes vary so much depending on label

If you think you're too big, I wouldn't apply. Sure you can suck your belly in but assuming they take you'll have to be able to comfortably work in that outfit.

Well, it's kind of hard to answer a question about two things when you don't have either one of them. We don't know what your dress looks like because bing failed you. We don't know what you look like at all. That's fine. The question is if holding your stomach in will work: it depends on the costume which no one can see. Hate me all you like but I'm actually trying to help you.

I don't think you can fake that. However that may not be the case based on your physique. How close are you to that physique? If say your stomach is 99% flat you might be able to pull it off. Faking that shape is very hard though.

I do not know the size of my waist I do not even have a weight scale at home. I am overweight. I think I am supposed to be 140 150 I'm a medium frame if that makes sense. I have been in shape before but ido know that the smallest I get even with a flat stomach is a size 8. My waiste must be in the 30s since I'm overweight but amazingly enough my middle is not that big its really my thighs that I have the biggest issue too.

I already applied to hooters, I do not want to fake the shape I just wanted to see if I could "buy some time" I plan on losing the weight. I have large breast 36DDD they have always been that size even when I was smaller I'm a size 12 now I think because I did drop a pants size and the pants were a 14. But I did apply to hooters so maybe I can work there

Well then let me just ask you directly: On a scale of 1-10 since you know what you look like what do you feel would be accurate to you successfully faking the stomach? Your thighs aren't a problem.

i always thought they accepted sizes 2-5. What do you mean by what do I feel would be accurate to me faking the stomach. I do not understand the question honestly, I know you are trying to help

if you are asking me if I can fake a flattened tummy in that outfit enough to fool the judges or whoever corporate on a scale from one to 10 I would say honestly a 7 because I feel I have sort of an advantage in the boob department. I feel as if they can avert or at least increase my chances a little, but I am glad that I applied to hooters before I considered twin peaks, I really think I have a better chance of getting hired there. Twin peaks wants fit girls and I started working out one month ago

More like "if you're going to suck it in, will it look flat"? From the sounds of it you have such large breasts no one will really care. I am being more convinced the more I know about what you look like that you might be able to do it.

Yes my by breast have always been large even as a slim chick, I feel as though my body type is top heavy and my mid section does not carry as much fat even though I am overweight, it may just be my height but my mom she does not carry a lot of fat in her midsection either and she had 5 kids and her stomach is flatter than mine

I do feel a bit overworked in the excercise department though, I am in pain, I worked out 2 hours yesterday and the day before walked 6 miles in the past 2 days and I walked to miles this evening

I'm not going to lie this would be easier with a picture of you. Don't give it to me and don't necessarily link it in the OP just give it to a few of the girls or whomever that will grace the place and see what they think. They are better judges of this kind of thing. I really don't want you to make a fool of yourself either; that would hinder you in many ways and isn't worth doing.

I just weighed myself I am 204 5'8" tall. Apparently lookd can be decieving because even though I work out and eat better I'm obese according to bmi. But people say I am built like beyonce flat stomach and all except I have no booty just boobs

BMI is a poor indicator of true body fat content. It's just a guideline. Quite a few people aren't obese that fail the BMI test specifically because it doesn't account for anything but perfectly average human builds. That's ironically not most humans. It's okay predictor. Whatever the case! Did you decide not to try out for it?

Actually yes and no, I took a twin peaks application, and lied and told whoever the young lady in charge was that it was for a friend, She gave me the classic female one 2 stare at my body but she was just doing her job.I do plan on going back however when I lose more weight, because I use to weigh more than 204.

it is what it is though. if I lose enough weight or inches to not have to hold my stomach in by the 23rd cool I will audition, but if I do not it is not then its cool. I just left from a hooters interview though. I will take any job it just seems that the breastaurants are taking over in my county. and they are employing people. and I need to pay for my drivers license

tomorrow I am applying to a hotel that I already applied to, according to their job hotline they have some positions open but I need to go in person to apply. so I am applying for a different job position. at least there I will not get paid for what I look like but my work. Also I am hoping that this weight loss reduces my DDD breast because even when I was slim I still had to wear larger shirts. if not I will get breast reduction surgery

I can respect that. Well at least you have a plan in place which is always a good strong start to any endeavor. I think you'll probably achieve your goal though I don't know you just because you seem serious about it.

So long as you maintain effort and poise things will work out for you, partially because you will force them too, so be safe and don't fret too much if life doesn't give you what you want right away.

Thanks girl but I'm not a size 3 so even if I felt confident enough I couldn't even fit their uniforms. Oh well I will just keep trying to eay healthy and lose weight. I applied to hooters last week. Maybe I will have a better chance there. I really want a job period. But my stomach does seem to poryrude more when sitting down.

No one seems to want to hire me at the regular working jobs. I have tried networking and my friends have helped me but I noticed while I was shopping that they are going to open. There is this hotel in my city downtown that I applied to before its opened I guess I really need the money so I can get my drivers license and conitnue driving lesson. I applied to all types of regular part time jobs, retail, restaurant, I even applied to this fancy place and they did not call me back

i know the feeling I'm working at a casino hotel aka a living hell and I'm trying to get out but can't find another job. I'm to insecure for this job you speak of though. We don't have one around where I live

i have been unemployed for so long since January 2012 so its been 7 months. I can ot even describe how many interviews I have been to and I keep hearing we will call you back and they don't
