Diet is such a huge factor and if you're eating out all the time, I highly doubt your diet is how it should be to accomplish your goals.
I would recommend either start cooking yourself or ask your grandma to cook healthier meals for you. I know grandmas like making the unhealthy tasty stuff, but she should understand if you tell her you want to eat healthy.
Do a combination of cardio and weightlifting workouts.. don't be shy on the weightlifting, do some research on the reps/sets you need to do just to tone so you don't have to worry about getting big muscles.

Congrats on the weight loss. I have a few suggestions for the loose skin.
But some oils on the areas of concern, like coconut oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, etc...and also some sort of antioxidant. Basically google "get rid of loose skin without surgery" or something. I lost 60 pounds in a short amount of time and have had loose skin, it's a lot better now. I am going to gain some muscle to fill in the remaining spots that the fat took up.
maybe it's the ingredients in what you cook. do you use oil, margarine, shortening or lard?
you are 20 years old, time to start cooking for yourself... eat steamed veggies and soup.
